Outcomes
- Opened "Kids Café" in Pine Bluff in May.

Will certify 30 staff with ServSafe national certification for food servers (in early 2007).

Developed "Who's Healthy" education module for presentation to groups.
Lives Affected
An average of 123 children fed daily after school, Monday through Friday.
Cost Effectiveness
Costs were basically in line with expectations, though food costs exceeded projections as they had an on-going average of 123 kids, versus the 100 for which they planned.
