Outcomes
- Trained 30 health-care professionals and staff regarding BMI assessments and intervention programs.

Evaluated 423 pre-school children, with BMI assessment, and provided appropriate nutritional and physical activity intervention.

Provided immunizations to children 0-12 years of age.
Lives Affected
A total of 734 children and their parents were impacted by these programs using less than half of the grant allocation.

Health care cost savings normally associated with the program benefits were not estimated.
