Project Description: |
|
Operation Systems project provides system software designed to increase patient record-keeping for 27 member clinics. |
Outcomes
- Central server acquired and MedServices software installed.
-
15 of 25 member clinics currently using the system to improve clinic operations (Heber Springs, Fayetteville, Conway, North Little Rock-2, Nashville, Morrilton, Fort Smith, DeWitt, El Dorado, Mountain Home, Harrison, Blytheville, Little Rock, Cabot).
Lives Affected
The resulting improvement in participating clinic operations enhanced the accessibility and quality of health care to approximately 22,500 patients served by the clinics.
Cost Effectiveness
Cost-sharing among member clinics (and grant funding) makes it possible for smaller clinics to implement clinic management software.
