Outcomes
- Established specialty medical clinics.

Implemented prevention education programs to address women’s health issues such as immunizations, smoking, obesity, diabetes and hypertension.

Expanded service hours of the clinic from 12 to 20 hours per week.
Lives Affected
Expanded clinic hours associated with the newly funded part-time medical practitioner allowed us to treat, on average, over 40 patients per day.
Cost Effectiveness
According to the Sphinx Consulting Group, which donated their assessment time and subsequent report, several things need to be put in place to make the clinic operations more effective, such as developed HIPAA protocols, claims and collection procedures, and electronic medical records system.
