Outcomes
- 54 parent group meetings were held in Craighead, Poinsett and Greene counties.

93 percent of clients did not have a repeat pregnancy within 12 months, exceeding goal of 80 percent.

Served 206 mothers, fathers and children with prenatal and parenting instruction and support.
Cost Effectiveness
The program cost approximately $256 per participant to provide prenatal care, case management and parent education classes. Weighing this against the cost of intensive care for a preterm infant or the cost of a child suffering from abuse or neglect, the program is cost-effective.
