Project Description: |

Building Healthy Student Bodies, One at a Time program serves middle-school students in Rogers. Also, training for 15 school cooperatives through the PE4life Academy Training site at Kirksey Middle School. |
Outcomes
- 15 scholarships were awarded for schools to attend PE4life academy training. 11 counties in eight school cooperatives attended.

Each team that trained at the academy received training software and instruction in the collection of fitness data.

Students recorded overall improvements in flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. BMI scores as a group remained relatively unchanged from previous year.
Lives Affected
Approximately 1,000 students participated in the fitness program.
