Outcomes
- Gathered nationally known speakers, together with experts from Arkansas, to focus on the intersection of a public health problem with the possible uses of the law. Also, was able to use carryover grant money to conduct monthly lectures on the topic of obesity. Presentations at the symposium were incorporated into Law Review articles.

200 attendees.
Cost Effectiveness
The use of the Law School facilities helped keep costs minimal, thus allowing for subsequent smaller lecture series.
